Player Card Creator is an AI image product that turns uploaded portraits into football player cards. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

You may use Player Card Creator only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for the images you upload, the prompts and selections you submit, and how you use generated outputs.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that happens under it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Player Card Creator to generate, upload, request, or distribute NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or otherwise harmful content. You may not attempt to bypass automated moderation or to misrepresent AI-generated outputs as authentic likenesses of real people.

Your use of the service must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violating that policy is a violation of these Terms.

Credits and payments

Player Card Creator uses credits and may offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, or both. Credit balances, pricing, plan terms, and product packaging may change over time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@playercardcreator.com.

Generated outputs

AI-generated cards are synthetic outputs. Results can vary. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing, printing, or claiming authenticity.

No guarantee of likeness or suitability

The product is designed to produce stylized football-card imagery, not identity-verified or officially licensed sports media. We do not guarantee exact likeness, historical accuracy, or commercial suitability.

Intellectual property and rights

You must have the rights needed to upload each image you use with the service. You remain responsible for the legality of your inputs and your downstream use of generated outputs.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Player Card Creator and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
